Relevant insights. Reliable score.

Hurricane Vulnerability Score

Computer vision models analyze high-resolution aerial imagery to identify property vulnerability, spotlighting factors like tree overhang, roof shape, and roof condition. All relevant spotlights are combined into a Hurricane Vulnerability Score, which is trained on historical claims and damage. Graded from 1 (most vulnerable) to 5 (least vulnerable), this score is a reliable indicator of a property’s hurricane vulnerability.

More data. More Actions.

Regional & local hazard

Hazard refers to the likelihood a property will experience a hurricane based on geographic and other contextual factors. Access trusted third-party partners like Guidewire HazardHub and public data from FEMA for regional/local hazard information — including proximity to the coast, historical hurricane activity, and community resilience.

Ready for rating

Confidently apply our models to your hurricane ratings. We worked with Milliman Appleseed to pre-file our Hurricane Vulnerability Score with hurricane-prone states.
